Mr. Raul Mendoza
Founder
For 30 years, Raul has guided the company's vision and steps for the future. He specialized in Electronic Equipment management throughout his 25-year civil service career with the United States Air Force (USAF). Due to his success, he earned the leadership position of "Branch Chief" of the Technical and Acquisition Management functions within the Automatic Test Equipment Management Division at Kelly AFB. His keen technical knowledge and managerial skills have given him relevant positions. Raul was assigned "Lead Technical Advisor" to the Under Secretary of the Air Force for the F-16 AIS program during the deployment of the F-16 System.
Our founder has received recognition and awards as an Electronics Technical and Logistics Management leader in programs such as the F-16 AIS, F-15 DST, and F-111 AIS. As a founder, Raul excels in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics Management by providing test systems. Such as the Minute Man III Flight Control Servo-Injector Test System, T-38 Generator Adapted Test System, F100/110 Handheld Tester, Universal Hydraulic Test Stand and other electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and logistics support analysis programs.

Mr. Parks has over 40 years of Air Force and industry experience in aerospace, electronic system acquisition, maintenance, modification, and logistics management. As Vice President, he has acquired and managed various technical projects. Some of his most recent accomplishments are the development and manufacturing of the AH-1 Cobra Helicopter Turret Test Console, F100/110 Engine Electronic Handheld Tester, Minuteman III Flight Control Servo-Injector Test System, Engine Test Trim Automated System, T-38 Generator Adapter Test System, Universal Hydraulic Test System, and many other electronic test sets, sub-assemblies, component engineering, and manufacturing projects.
As a leader, Bob has a distinguished Air Force career, attaining the highly respected rank of “Chief Master Sergeant.” Also, our Vice President has significant credentials in Avionics Technology and certificates in Resource Management and Equipment Management from the U.S. Air Force. He has been trained in Six Sigma principles and holds a Quality Assurance Training Certificate from Hercules Defense Electronics Systems. Bob has consistently proven his technical and management effectiveness skills.

Dora Mendoza has experience with several businesses as a Sales Executive and CEO. Since she joined TMA 10 years ago and has worked in several positions, our company has grown at a steady pace under her leadership as Vice President of Operations.
