Raul guides TMA’s vision for the future. As founder and President, Raul was actively involved in the development of TMA
throughout its 20-year history. Raul specialized in Electronic Equipment management throughout his 25-year civil service career
with the USAF. His successes earned him the leadership position of “Branch Chief” of the Technical and Acquisition
Management functions within the Automatic Test Equipment Management Division at Kelly AFB. Due to his keen technical
knowledge and managerial skills, Raul was also assigned as “Lead Technical Advisor” to the Under Secretary of the Air Force
for the F-16 AIS program during the deployment of the F-16 System. Raul received recognition and awards as a leader in
Electronics Technical and Logistics Management field in such program as the F-16 AIS, F-15 DST and the F-111 AIS. Raul has
continued his tradition of Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics Management excellence as CEO of TMA by providing
engineered and manufactured test systems such as the Minute Man III Flight Control Servo-Injector Test System,
T-38 Generator Adapted Test System, F100/110 Hand Held Tester, Universal Hydraulic Test Stand and numerous other
electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies and logistics support analysis programs.
Bob has over 40 years of Air Force and Industry experience in aerospace electronic system acquisition, maintenance, modification and logistics management. This experience ties directly into his responsibilities as the Vice President where he has participated in the acquisition and management of a multitude of technical projects. Some of his most recent accomplishments are the development and manufacturing of the AH-1 Cobra Helicopter Turret Test Console, F100/110 Engine Electronic Hand Held Tester, Minuteman III Flight Control Servo-Injector Test System, Engine Test Trim Automated System, T-38 Generator Adapter Test System, Universal Hydraulic Test System and many other electronic test sets, sub-assemblies and component engineering and manufacturing projects. Bob is a proven leader with a distinguished Air Force career attaining the highly respected rank of “Chief Master Sergeant.” Bob has significant credentials in Avionics Technology along with Certificates in Resource Management and Equipment Management from the U.S. Air Force. He has been trained in Six Sigma principles and holds a Quality Assurance Training Certificate from Hercules Defense Electronics Systems. Bob has proven his technical and management effectiveness skills time and time again.

Before Ms. Mendoza came to work for the Texas Management Associates Inc. (TMA), she was the CEO of the Pro Flag Company in Aurora, Colorado. She ran this business with finesse for five years. Now that she works with TMA, the company has grown steadily. She works now as the Client Relations and Business Development Manager. We have seen many successes under her capable leadership. She is in charge of making business connections and keeping contact with all of our employers.

Quality Control Team Leader
Debra Calvillo graduated from San Antonio College with an Associate in Applied Science, St. Philip’s College with Associate in Arts, and Our Lady of the Lake with a Bachelor of Arts. She was accepted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in 2008 and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake with honors in 2012. All throughout her college career, Debra has worked with TMA as their Quality Control Team Leader. She works hard to make sure that the company produces nothing but the highest quality products and services. Her motto is “Be honest, help as many people as you can. Be respectful, never judge a book by its cover.” Not only is Debra a hard worker here at TMA, she is also a loving wife and mother of two. Every day she looks forward to picking up her kids from daycare so that she can spend some family time with them at home.
